Judson College has chosen to have the Judson implementation of Ucompass Educator hosted at the Ucompass Network Operations Center in Frederick, Maryland. The facility is extremely secure and is equipped with environmental control, 24x7x365 monitoring, and a modern alarm/security system.

The facility is wired with a T-3 that is connected directly to UU Net's Internet Backbone. There is also a redundant T-3 into the facility provided by MFN (Metromedia Fiber Network) in case UU Net's Internet Backbone experiences latency or regional outages.

In addition Ucompass has a highly sophisticated redundancy and backup program that is applied to all its servers. Servers are backed up around the clock and each day, a backup is sent 1,000 miles offsite to allow us to continue uninterrupted in the event of a natural disaster or calamity at the Network Operations center.
