 Donavan Lakes Fishing Club
and Inn sponsors an annual Judson College Equitation Program trailride. Thomas
Wilson designed the route which takes the riders over pastures, down valleys,
across creeks, through woods, swamps, and woodlands. |
The Judson College Equitation Program teaches
students the value of "horse therapy" for certain types of patients. The class
routinely takes horses to the local nursing home for the residents to pet and
to talk about horses. |
